I’m a freelance product manager based in Munich, Germany. For over a decade, I’ve been helping organizations, from start-ups to established brands, transform ideas into commercial software products. I enjoy working on products end to end, from ideation all the way to launch.

I have extensive experience in growing products, building products from scratch and leading cross-functional teams at organizations such as waipu.tv, jameda, Miele X, ProSiebenSat1, AutoScout24, Telefónica and the Bundesliga.

I believe in product-led growth. It’s about making the product the center of the buying journey and the broader customer experience. This evidence-based approach to product development is built on a close collaboration with engineering, UX/UI, marketing, finance and all other stakeholders involved to ensure the product aligns with the needs of the market in the best possible way.
